Video and texting is more important than ever.  It's the clearest form of communication from a distance.  At Shaker's, we are using video and technology to minimize the time you will need to spend in the dealership.

  • We can send a personalized video of any car we have in stock.  Let us know what features you are looking for and we will be sure to point those out.
  • We can consult with you one-on-one via e-mail, text or telephone, whichever you prefer.
  • Our website has a "Calculate your Payment" tool that walks you through creating your very own deal.  We will work with you and together we will ultimately minimize the amount of time you need to spend in the dealership doing paperwork.
  • Our showroom is open to the public by appointment only. 
  • We are continuously cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, touch points and common areas, including vehicles.
  • If you would like to pick up your vehicle after we are back to "business as normal", we can take a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for you.  Please ask your product specialist for details.

Remember, it's during these difficult times that we must all work together.  The manufacturers have stepped up with some great offers for those who need a car.  We will work with you to get you the best deal possible and have you in and out of the dealership as efficiently as we can.

A Message from our General Manager

During this challenging time. We would like to extend a remote car buying experience to all the potential customers and repeat customers at Shaker's Family Hyundai. Our staff will email personalized videos of the vehicle of interest. We can then conduct all negotiation and pricing by phone an email. The only time your presence is requested is to pick up your new or pre-owned car. In order to insure the safety of our customers and staff. We have implemented a 3 step process. The car comes into the shop and is completely wiped down and disinfected by the technician either prepping a new car or working on a pre-owned vehicle. It then goes to detail to be cleaned and wiped down and disinfected again. When the car is in the delivery area it is wiped one final time and disinfected. So the customer taking delivery will be the first person in the car after this process. Due to social distancing we will explain features by video and demonstration of them. Or by phone with you in the comfort of your own driveway. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and providing the best customer experience we can in these trying times.
